Terms of service
1. Scope
These terms govern professional, business-to-business use of Milin. The service is not offered to consumers. By subscribing you confirm you use Milin for professional purposes.
2. Subscription and billing
Milin is billed monthly in euros. Plans renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. There is no free trial and fees are non-refundable. Seats are unlimited within a workspace.
3. Your inference (BYOK)
Runs execute on an AI API key you supply, from Anthropic Console, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex. Inference is billed to you directly by your provider, at provider cost. Milin applies no margin and adds no credits. Budget caps pause a run before overshoot, and a paused run consumes no tokens.
4. Deliverables and ownership
Deliverables the mill produces and you accept are yours. Repositories remain in your own organization, reached through a revocable GitHub App. Accepted artifacts are immutable, versioned, and ship with their machine-verification log. Nothing locks you in: what the mill produced leaves with you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Milin to produce unlawful, infringing or harmful output, to resell the service, or to circumvent a gate that requires human approval. Anything touching production, payments or your customers pauses for a named human to approve.
6. Availability and liability
During private early access the service is provided as is, while features and the final terms are being completed. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Definitive terms of service are finalized with legal counsel before the first paid contract.
