you approve at the gates, humans stamp, machines grind
Your key, your bill. Inference runs on your own AI API key, at cost, in USD, in the open.
Verified by the machine. CI green, events observed, sandbox transactions passed, before you're asked to accept.
Not a chatbot. You assign objectives, watch the run live and approve at gates. There is no prompt box.
01 · How it works

You supervise a small factory.
You don't chat with it.

STEP 1
Assign an objective
Pick a brick, point it at your grain, repo, PRD, mockups, and set a budget cap.
○ DRAFT
STEP 2
Watch the mill run live
Every agent role, every artifact, every cent of inference, streamed as it happens.
Running
STEP 3
Approve at the gates
The run pauses at every decision that matters. Paused means paused, no tokens spent.
Gate waiting
STEP 4
Receive a verified deliverable
Delivered only once the platform has proven it works, not once an agent says so.

02 · Radical cost transparency

Your inference, your key,
your bill, in the open.

You bring your own AI API key, Anthropic Console, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex. Milin runs inference on it at cost, and shows you every dollar as it's spent. No credits. No compute units. No markup hidden in a token bundle.

So why pay €349 for what looks like $10 of inference? Because inference is the flour, not the mill. You pay for orchestration, machine verification, gates, and a deliverable you can put in production, the AI cost itself passes through untouched.

03 · The bricks

Five millstones. Each one a machine.

A brick is a workflow of agent roles with gates where you decide. No faces, no first names, names are for the humans who approve.

04 · Verification = trust

An agent never declares
its own work done.

Verification belongs to the platform, a third actor that trusts no one. A deliverable ships only when the machine has watched it work: pipelines green, events flowing, money moving in the sandbox. Then, and only then, is a human asked to approve.

07 · FAQ

Fair questions

Why is there no free trial?
Because the demo never closes. The build log shows real runs, real costs and real failures every week, more than a 14-day sandbox ever would. When you subscribe, you get a working mill from day one, and you can cancel monthly.
Why bring my own API key? Can't I use my Claude Pro plan?
Consumer subscriptions don't cover API inference, the mill needs an API key from Anthropic Console, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex. That's a feature: inference lands on your account, at provider cost, and Milin never marks it up or hides it in credits.
What exactly does “machine-verified” mean?
The platform, never the producing agent, proves the deliverable works: CI pipelines green, every declared event observed in your analytics tool, sandbox transactions passing end-to-end. The check log ships with the artifact.
Is this another AI app builder?
No. App builders generate, you debug. Milin substitutes for a dev agency: it ships verified deliverables into your repo, your analytics, your payment stack, under your approval at every gate. You're not paying for generation, you're paying for governance.
Can I cancel? Are there refunds?
Cancel anytime, your plan runs to the end of the month. No refunds, and no lock-in either: everything the mill produced lives in your repos and your tools, and leaves with you.
Do agents ever act without me?
Never past a gate. Anything that touches production, money or your customers pauses and waits for a named human to approve, and a paused run spends nothing.
