Privacy
1. What we collect
Account data you provide, identity and work email, billing information, and how you use the portal. For the data you entrust through projects, we act as a processor, not a controller, under the Data Processing Agreement.
2. Where your data lives
All platform data, artifacts, metadata, secrets and logs, stays within the European Union, on Google Cloud (europe-west).
3. Your keys and secrets
AI API keys and connected credentials are stored encrypted in a per-workspace vault, never logged, never shown again after entry, injected at runtime with least privilege, and revocable by you at any time.
4. Your model provider
You bring your own AI keys, so your chosen provider is contracted by you. When a run calls that provider, your inputs are transmitted to them under your own agreement. We never use our keys on your behalf.
5. Analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly product analytics hosted in the EU (PostHog Cloud EU), to understand usage in aggregate. No advertising trackers are used, and the site is not indexed pending trademark registration.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, or a portable export of your data. You can delete your mill on request. Contact hello@milin.app. The definitive privacy policy is finalized with legal counsel before general availability.
