1. Publisher
Milin is published by atech, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 931 848 618 00019, established in Vannes, France. “Milin” is the subject of a pending trademark application. Contact: atech.contact@proton.me.
2. Hosting
This site and the Milin platform are hosted within the European Union, on Google Cloud (europe-west region). Full hosting provider details are available on request and will be published here at general availability.
3. Subscriptions
Milin is a monthly subscription service for professional use. Plans renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No free trial is offered and fees are non-refundable. Seats are unlimited within a workspace. AI inference is executed on API keys supplied by the customer and billed directly by the customer's AI provider; Milin applies no margin to inference.
4. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced by the mill and accepted by the customer are the customer's property. The Milin name, mark and platform remain the property of the publisher. “Milin” is the subject of a pending trademark application; this site is not indexed pending registration.
5. Data
Customer repositories, documents and credentials are processed solely to execute assigned runs, under the Data Processing Agreement. API keys are stored encrypted, scoped to the workspace, and revocable by the customer at any time. Run logs, including itemized inference costs, are retained for audit and made available to the customer.
